ha ha so i have a blog which makes me laugh a little on the the inside. I am excited it though! its like a journal except with only the things that aren't too close to my heart ha ha. I feel almost as if i should do a recap of my life up to this point... so here goes
-born
-kindergarden
-junior high
-highschool
h aha ha
ok... maybe just this last year.
I was Student Body President of my highschool. don't get too excited... i wasn't cool, i was appointed to the position mainly cuz noone else wanted the job... ha. I had friends, and i liked them. I got my first kiss towards the end of my senior year... i was 18...an oldie... then i graduated... i met a kid at grad bash named wes. and i eventually dated him. He had me kiss him first... which was funny and it was raining, and everytime he held my hand i had to catch my breath again. He was my first real boyfriend, and i will be ever grateful for him and his example. He is a good boy!
I worked over the summer as a summer camp counselor at the YMCA and vowed never again to do that to myself ha ha. I flew in a private jet with one of the families i nannied for. I went to the beach, and played football with my brother.
I started college at BYU and it was hard... especially starting out. I missed home, and summer, and everything that was involved with home and summer, and i missed sandwiches at work!
I remember going to church for the first time and feeling small, and stupid, and not very pretty compared to all the girls that were there. For the first time in awhile i felt insignificant. Its amazing to me still how hard satan can work on you when you let him! he's kinda a jerk sometimes! ha ha After probably one of the hardest weeks of my life I got called to the relief society presidency.... AH... ha ha. I realised that sometimes Heavenly Father calls you to be in callings because he knows you have a lot to learn. i remember thinking why in the world was i chosen for this calling when there are obviously sooo many others more qualified! It was then that i learned that heavenly father didn't put me there to benefit these other girls as much as he needed me in this position so he could fix me!ha ha.
I got used to school and i was blessed with the most awesome roomates in this world! they are all amazing in their own way, and they teach me sooooo much about myself everyday! and we kinda have a blast all the time.
